Arts in the Park Festival This weekend marks the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association's 45th year of the Arts in the Park festival in the Downtown City Park. Named a Southeastern Tourism Society Top 20 event, you'll find over 170 artists gathered together to exhibit their fine arts and fine crafts. The two-day festival is open 10 a.m.
